Week 3 (Days 15 to 21): Speed Building

By week 3, you should have covered all topics at least once. Now the focus shifts to speed — solving questions faster without sacrificing accuracy.

Day Focus Activity
Day 15Speed drill: Physics50 MCQs in 45 minutes (timed)
Day 16Speed drill: Chemistry50 MCQs in 40 minutes (timed)
Day 17Mock Test 5Full length + time per question analysis
Day 18Speed drill: Mathematics40 MCQs in 45 minutes (timed)
Day 19Weak topic deep diveRevisit top 5 weakest topics from mocks
Day 20Mock Test 6Full length with optimal attempt order
Day 21Mock Test 7Exam simulation: strict conditions
End of Week 3 Target: Your mock test scores should be consistently 20 to 40 marks higher than your Week 1 baseline. You should be completing the paper with 5 to 10 minutes to spare.

Week 4 (Days 22 to 30): Peak Performance

The final week is about peaking at the right time. No new topics. Only mock tests, revision, and mental preparation.

Day Activity Evening
Day 22Mock Test 8 (exam conditions)Analysis + formula revision
Day 23Revision: Physics formula sheetLR final practice set
Day 24Revision: Chemistry reactions sheetEnglish final practice set
Day 25Mock Test 9 (exam conditions)Light analysis only
Day 26Revision: Math formulas + shortcutsRelax, light reading
Day 27Mock Test 10 (final confidence test)Quick review, nothing new
Day 28Light revision: Inorganic tablesEarly sleep, no study after 7 PM
Day 29Formula sheets only (30 min)Prepare exam day logistics
Day 30BITSAT EXAM DAY — Trust your preparation, stay calm, follow the attempt order strategy

Exam Day Strategy

  1. Attempt order: English (8 min) → LR (15 min) → Chemistry (30 min) → Physics (35 min) → Mathematics (52 min) → Revision (40 min)
  2. Mark for review: Any question taking over 2 minutes, mark it and move forward
  3. No guessing on hard questions: With -1 negative marking, a wrong answer costs you 4 marks (the +3 you would have got plus the -1)
  4. Stay calm: If a section feels hard, remember that it is hard for everyone. Do not let one tough section affect the rest of your paper.
